Tomorrow, we will conduct a Ladies’ Day at the Salamanca Church of Christ in Lima, Peru. We will be looking at Women’s Spiritual Health, for our theme.
I thank God for this opportunity, but even more so, I thank God for the blessing of His care for all aspects of our health.
When we consider spiritual health, what comes to mind?
For good physical health, we commit to exercising and eating healthy. We also make it a priority because it is not something that happens casually, nor immediately.
For good spiritual health, we commit to exercising our spiritual muscles through spiritual disciplines or practices (prayer, meditation, fellowship with other Christians, Bible study, etc.) We also seek a healthy spiritual diet, like through a steady intake of God’s Word.
What else can or should we do in order to achieve good spiritual health?
