A Multiplied Harvest
This year, our theme has been Bear Fruit, rooted in Jesus’ invitation to abide in Him and bear fruit (John 15). As we enter the fall and look toward 2027, we are building on that theme with A Multiplied Harvest.
“For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.” (2 Cor 9:10–11)
The picture of a harvest reminds us that growth begins with seeds faithfully planted. At Iron Rose Sister Ministries, we plant seeds through relationships, biblical resources, mentoring, leadership development, and opportunities for women to serve and equip others. We plant faithfully, but God is the One who brings the growth.
And we are seeing that growth.
Across the Americas, women are being equipped to deepen their relationships with God and one another, and then equipping others in turn (2 Tim 2:2). Through our Ambassadors Program, women are extending the reach of IRSM into their own communities. New biblical resources are becoming available, including the Portuguese translation of Who Has the Last Word? And through ministry relationships and mission opportunities, God continues to open doors for women to encourage, equip, and empower one another in their spiritual walks.
This is A Multiplied Harvest: one woman equipped to equip another, one resource reaching another woman, one relationship leading to another opportunity to grow.
As we look toward 2027, we want to continue planting faithfully and trusting God for the harvest He will bring. Our end-of-year goal is $60,000 in one-time gifts and $3,000 in new monthly support. These gifts will help us continue developing our Ambassadors Program, create new biblical resources, and serve through international mission opportunities.

Equipping women to connect to God and one another more deeply
Iron Rose Sister Ministries (IRSM) facilitates Christian sister relationships that will be like iron sharpening iron, encouraging and inspiring each other to be as beautiful as a rose in spite of a few thorns. Its goal is to provide women's Bible studies simple enough for anyone to lead and deep enough for everyone to grow. We also conduct seminars, ladies' days, and women's retreats to equip women with the tools to connect to God and one another more deeply. "A Legacy of Faith Giving" written by Founder and Executive Director Michelle J. Goff in honor of her grandparents, George and Barbara Brown
George Millard Brown, Jr., also known as “Granddaddy,” ascended to his heavenly home on October 20, 2025, only five days after his 92nd birthday. He left his heirs and family a legacy of faith, as did all my grandparents.
Granddaddy affectionately referred to his bride, Barbara Eaton Brown, as his “Angel.” We called her “Grandmommy.” During one of her final hospital stays in 2023, she was asked the secret to reaching age 90. She responded, “God. And Jesus.” A simple testimony of faith.
