Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. I am writing this as I listen to the ladies in their small groups share in discussion about the topics from this weekend's retreat at the South Baton Rouge Church of Christ. What a beautiful sound and a wondrous blessing!
It is, what I've heard called, "holy noise." The sound of Christians sharing in fellowship and growth. The blessing of being together and sharing each others' lives. The voices of many being raised to the Father at the same time and the beauty of that fragrant offering to the Father.
I love it and I am thrilled to be a part of these kinds of opportunities. I am also grateful to have the blessing of facilitating ways in which women can connect in His name and for His glory. May He be praised!
