September 2025 Prayer Updates
- Thanksgiving for Colombia trip…
- Women from all five congregations in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga were in attendance (1st time this has happened!).
- Maggie Callahan, Apprentice Ambassador, did a fantastic job connecting with the Colombians (she speaks Spanish) and serving in a variety of roles to learn and help things go smoothly.
- Michelle was able to reunite in Kingdom collaboration with her Venezuelan teammates from the church plant in Caracas (2003-2007).
- Thanksgiving that Brazil Assistant, Ayane Nayara, was able to share about our biblical resources at the NE Women’s Seminar in Belo Jardim, Brazil.
- Thankfulness for next steps being taken to establish MIRF as a religious organization and prayers as our documentation is reviewed by the local government in Brazil. The MIRF Board Directors had an initial meeting together!
- Prayers for the MHRH virtual event, Sept. 20, and our Speaking Ambassador, Kim Solís, that God can give the words she needs to encourage and equip women during the event.
- Prayers for Francia, our Creative Assistant, who will be traveling to the U.S. from Colombia to speak to an Hispanic congregation and join the team at the area wide event at Westbury Church of Christ in Houston.
- Prayers for Impact Church of Christ Intercongregational Ladies Day in Spanish (Houston, TX).
- Prayers for bilingual Ladies Day at Goodman Oaks Church of Christ (Southhaven, MS).
- Prayers for Susie Noah, our new Fundraising Coordinator, as she settles into her role.
- Prayers for Beliza Kocev and baby Milan to obtain their U.S. visa to attend the Ambassadors Equipping Workshop in February 2026 in Arkansas.

August 2025 Prayer Updates
- Thanksgiving for a fruitful and blessed trip to Florida for the Equip/Equipar Conference, a report visit to the Holly Hill Church of Christ, and other connections. May God guide us in the follow-up with each of those contacts and opportunities.
- Thanksgiving for Corinne’s safe travels to Cuba for the youth conference. We are grateful she was able to speak to the young women for the weekend National Youth Conference, and also to 180 women for a gathering the day after she arrived.
- Prayers for the trip to Bucaramanga, Colombia, in which Michelle and Maggie Callahan, an Apprentice Ambassador, will conduct a 3-day conference on “Standing at the Crossroads” (Jer 6:16-17). Travel dates are August 7-19 with Maggie departing after the first half of the trip.
- Prayers for Brazil Assistant Ayane Nayara’s trip to the NE Women’s Seminar in Belo Jardim, Pernambuco, Brazil at the end of August. She is part of the organizing committee and helps lead worship for the 300+ women.
- Prayers for strength as we continue to practice like wise women in 2025.
- God’s blessing and guidance in the ongoing rollout of our Ambassadors Program.
- Prayers for wisdom and clarity regarding some copyright issues and licensing paperwork.
- Thanksgiving for our new Fundraising Coordinator, Susie Noah. She is excited to bring her background in marketing and customer relations to our team as she builds relationships with donors and invites others to partner with us in our mission to equip more women to connect to God and one another more deeply.
- Thanksgiving for our new Board Member, Cynthia (Dutton) Alexander. She grew up in Brazil along with former Board Member, Laurie Diles, and is excited to partner with us toward the Brazil expansion of our resources.
- Prayers for wisdom in the preparation for multiple events throughout September and early October! We are grateful for all the opportunities, but want to manage them appropriately, effectively, and to God’s glory.
